THIS PROJECT INCLUDED AN EXTENSION OF THE SECOND FLOOR AREA OVER AN EXISTING 2-CAR GARAGE TO CREATE A NEW MASTER BEDROOM AND ENSUITE.

THE REMAINDER OF THE HOUSE COMPLETELY GUTTED AND RECONSTRUCTED BY REMOVING NUMEROUS INTERIOR WALLS TO CREATE AN OPEN, INVITING SPACE THAT MIMICS A FEELING OF SPATIAL APPRECIATION OF HOMES FOUND IN MALIBU, CA.
